We welcome and can accommodate groups of 5 to 500. Your sporting clays experience will be safe and great fun. The Branding Room restaurant and bar will provide the finest quality dining or you can custom order a meal tailored for your group and served either buffet or banquet style.
We offer customized event packages that let you select only the services you want and need to insure the best value possible. Packages can be arranged to include ammunition, targets, trappers, registration/scoring services, and meals. Loaner guns are also available upon request.
All events include safety briefings and a brief explanation of the etiquette of sporting clays. Registration will be held in a climate-controlled facility of appropriate size for your group.
Rock Creek Clays and Beaumont Ranch also offer professional team-building seminars and activities that use sporting clays as the basis to teach both team and individual skills. The concepts we teach have proven effective in improving both individual and group productivity and success.
For your group we can provide private meeting space, public address systems, computer and flat screen TV for Power Point or similar presentations, flip chart stands, projector and screen, and a stage or dais.

Private and group instruction for novice through Master class clay target shooters is available at Rock Creek Clays. Instructors are Level I, II, and III NSCA (National Sporting Clays Association) certified. Our instructors are also experienced shooters themselves including NSCA All-State, All-American, and Team USA award winners.
